We were very happy with our stay & the young man who checked us in ( Mika ) was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful & polite during our stay.

Was reassured by the best western branding and not disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. Good breakfast. Good restaurant for an evening meal. Good location for bus and tram connection to the city centre.

The room and bathroom were both clean but smaller than I had imagined. The location was close to the tram stop to access Bordeaux . The staff were welcoming on arrival.

The property is well situated and is about 10 min from Mont Saint Michel. The property itself is from the 16th century and contains the original woodwork and stair railings. It has been lovingly updated with a completely modern and spacious bathroom. The rooms are of reasonable size and are charming. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. There is a two person elevator to help get your luggage to the room.

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Rooms were very pretty, with new air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, with two pillows. Another nice thing was that in each room there is a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules! We also got a free room upgrade!

Very good breakfast and service all around. Location is excellent overall and good value, although not downtown, which was not necessary for us. Staff did well overall. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but very good all around, which is great!

Comfortable and clean bed, kind staff, room had everything needed, even coffee, thee and water. The breakfast had very good coffee and juice. The food was okay. The room was a bit small for the price.

The staff were amazing. We drove from Spain and arrived 30 minutes before 9 PM, feeling quite hungry. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff suggested that we order from the in-room dining menu since the kitchen was closing soon. Their professionalism was impressive.
